  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Potatoes

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks

  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional Vegetables

  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the beef chunks with olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all pieces are evenly coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, toss the potato chunks with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. If using, add the sliced carrot and onion to the potato mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Grease a baking dish lightly. Place the seasoned beef in the center of the dish and arrange the potatoes and vegetables around it.

  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Serving Suggestion

Serve warm as a complete meal. Fresh herbs such as parsley or thyme can be added just before serving for extra aroma and flavor.
